Replace One to Three Missing Teeth with a Dental Bridge
Tooth loss can make it difficult to eat or speak clearly. Replacing one or more missing teeth with a dental bridge can restore normal function and a natural-looking appearance to your smile.
What Is a Dental Bridge?
A dental bridge consists of pontics, or false teeth, which are supported by dental crowns placed over the teeth on either side of the gap.
What to Expect
Typically, your doctor will require several appointments to design and place your dental bridge.
Traditional Bridges
A traditional bridge replaces missing teeth by using your own teeth as anchors to support the bridge.
As a specialist extensively trained in repairing and replacing teeth, Dr. Schmitt can provide precise, long-lasting restorative solutions.
Implant-Supported Bridges
If you choose to receive an implant-supported restoration, a Periodontist or Oral Surgeon will first need to perform your dental implant surgery. You will then need to allow the implants to fully heal for about four to six months. You will then return to our office to begin fabricating the bridge.
Affording Treatment
If the cost of surgery has made you hesitate to get an implant-supported bridge, our financing options can help make treatment more affordable, including:
- Third party financing through CareCredit®, Alphaeon, Health Credit Services, or LendingClub®
- Major credit cards such as Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX
- A five percent treatment discount for prepaid services over $10,000
